Missed the Feast Day of St Dominic

A quick Sunday morning session to kickstart my brain.

We missed the Feast Day of St Dominic yesterday. A 12th-century Spanish patron of astronomers, because his mother reported a star shining from his chest when he was a baby.

Going back to yesterdays definition, firmament was adopted, and still used figuratively, for religious use as "the dwelling house of God," or secularly as the expanse of visible sky. In Victorian times, Longfellow used firmament to refer to this realm:

Spake full well, in language quaint and olden,
One who dwelleth by the castled Rhine,
When we called the flowers, so blue and golden,
Stars, that in the earth's firmament do shine.

According to John Dunton's Ladies' Dictionary (1694), "fymament," by extension, consisted of "precious stones, [such] as diamonds and the like, which ladies [placed on hair]pins withal to make their heads shine and look ... like stars."

This is the full list of songs that I have played on the two versions of the Rocksmith game.
The two versions of the game have different methods of calculating the scores. The original version just had the score, streak and percentage. In Rocksmith 2014 the score was dropped from the main results, and a mastery and an overall result was added.

The overall result can be over 100%, this occurs when a song is played in master mode. In Master mode, the game hides the notes you are expected to play. When you manage to successfully play the song in master mode, you have learned the song and should be able to play the song alongside a band or backing track.
