Elucubrate to to produce a literary work by expenditure of 'midnight oil'. Formed of Latin elucubrare, to compose by lamplight. (From Sir James Murray's New English Dictionary, 1901).  Oddly enough, that edition of the dictionary doesn't have microprocessor defined.

Just a quick session today, and didn't manage to meet my target for playing Next Girl, I made a couple of mistakes towards the middle of the song. I was expecting to mess up much more than this though, so I should be thankful. C'est la vie.

I played 3 songs for 12 minutes. I am learning 79 songs and have played for a total of 172 hours 30 minutes with 9827 hours 29 minutes to go before I reach the point at which you are supposed to become an expert at an activity.
