A Day Off

On the original Rocksmith I played 15 songs for around 61 minutes, with a wall clock time of just over 90 minutes. This means that the game takes around 2 minutes for saving, switching songs and checking the tuning of the guitar.

My other plans for today involve going to the cinema to see Malificent and drinking coffee beforehand while waiting for my other half to arrive.

One song was played in Drop D, so I did need to retune the guitar twice. The only minor annoyance with the game is the need to check the tuning every time you start a song (or anything else for that matter).

The new version of the game is better as you only need to check the tuning at the start of a session, or when the song needs a different tuning.

I've played for a total of 101 hours 20 minutes with only 9898 hours 39 minutes to go until I hit 10,000 hours: the point where you are supposed to have mastered an activity.
