A mid week practice

I'm on a scheduled day off today, so thought I'd invest my time into something useful. I played for around 100 minutes, and also gathered some information for the web application I am (slowly) creating.

I used one of the other accounts to find out the first couple of venues, as I hadn't kept a record of them and didn't record the scores.

There are 115 variations of the 52 songs I have available to play, and another four or five that I haven't yet unlocked. It will take longer than I thought to get to a decent standard for all of them, and I have no idea of how big the Bass journey needs.

I'd unlocked the WooHoo tone today as well, with 2,124,696 Rocksmith Points.

Dawn of the Chorded

This is a game where you have to play the correct chords in order to shoot the zombies.

I have a couple of goes at the Dawn of the Chorded Guitarcade game getting 50,400 points on the second try, with a best of 22 chords correctly played in a row. It will be some time before I get at the top of the leader board, as the #1 score is 1,000,000.

This is improving my chord playing a little I think, as one of the songs threw a new chord and I managed to play it correctly first time through.

On all the practice songs I improved on the previous score I'd earned on the game, and some managed to improve on my best score.

Vasoline by Stone Temple Pilots: Beaten previous high score of 66397 with 68576.
Surf Hell by Little Barrie: Beaten previous high score of 29363 with 30475.
Unnatural Selection by Muse: Scored 21367, the previous score for this was around 20,600.
Use Somebody by Kings of Leon: Beaten previous high score of 35090 with 57844.
Where is My Mind? by Pixies: Scored 46619, the previous score was around 45,000.

Well OK Honey by Jenny O: Beaten previous high score of 20222 with 24086. Still not quite hit the qualifier, but getting closer. I did have four tries at this song today.
Me and the Bean by Spoon: Beaten previous high score of 38027 with 39709
Play with Fire by The Rolling Stones: Scored 23844 after two attempts, but did beat the previous score of 22900.
Song 2 by Blur: Beaten previous high score of 62865 with 76886. Rather pleased with this one and a couple of chords are now included in the song.
