Out of my usual impatience, rather than practice enough to make sure I get a really good score I jumped straight into doing the performance. I did get reasonable results and got to play Take Me Out by Franz Ferdinand as an encore.
I unlocked a new guitar, but clicked past the screen by accident so don't recall exactly which one it was. The Star Phaser effect was also unlocked.

Something I find bizarre with this game is that I earned enough points today to bump me into the New National Support Act category. I still can't see anybody wanting to see me play, and my girlfriend tends to stay in bed until after I finish playing!
My son finds the opening to A More Perfect Union annoying, as you hear the first few bars while saving before going to select a new song, I'm not sure if he will be happier that he'll get to hear the full thing when he next joins in on a session.
I have also almost talked myself into getting the Rocksmith 2014 edition for the PS as well, although I have also just splashed out on getting the Lion version of OSX as well. My macbook is rather elderly by computer standards, and can not run Mountain Lion nor Maverick. More's the pity.
I haven't done any work on my Rocktrack application recently, mainly due to starting two online courses.

Are You Gonna Go My Way by Lenny Kravitz: Beaten previous high score of 14668 with 16190 points. Although there is not a lot of playing involved in this song, I find it a really challenging song.
When I'm with You by Best Coast: Beaten previous high score of 30496 with 33880. I qualified with 31566 points.
Take Me Out by Franz Ferdinand this was my encore song, and I was reasonably happy with getting 23768 points for the first time I've tried this song.
